I am a professional with global experience in customer-facing roles, both in management consulting and corporate.
In 2021, I joined CHOOOSE where, as the Director of Customer Operations, I’m responsible for onboarding new partners, including airlines, airports, OTAs, and shipping companies.
Before CHOOOSE, I spent 3 years at Gelato, one of the first unicorns in Norway, first heading the Customer Onboarding team and then moving into Customer Service and Advocacy for B2B customers.
My experience in management consulting started in Milan (Italy) at Deloitte - where I worked on a Salesforce implementation project - and continued in Stockholm (Sweden) at SPConsulting, a boutique consulting firm serving multinational corporations, where I delivered change management projects in 20+ countries in 6 continents.
Outside of work, I am an aviation geek who loves food and wine (better if Italian!).
