About the role:
The Revenue Operations Manager will play a critical role in building and managing the operational and reporting processes - and all associated tooling - to enable growth within CHOOOSE’s Sales and Business Development teams.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, cross-functional
teams, and external vendors to solve problems, implement new reporting and planning solutions, create operational efficiencies, and deliver successfully against high organizational standards - Support forecasting, pipeline analysis, quarterly and annual planning, working closely with both the Business Development, Implementation and Finance teams
- Have experience developing dashboards and operational metrics in a constantly evolving sales organization and defining systems and processes to support the rapid growth of CHOOOSE
- Revenue metrics development, cadence management, organizational process design, productivity measurements, operational activity reporting, and global alignment of metrics
- Reporting: Ensure accurate reporting across the organization, including team performance, revenue, pipeline, and other metrics as required
- Analytics: Execute vision to develop and manage a global revenue dashboard, encompassing key metrics to be reviewed with senior leaders of CHOOOSE
- ROI: Provide a ROI metric assessments of projects completed by sales organization, providing ongoing feedback on major initiatives
- Systems: Own Salesforce.com and oversee implementation of enabling systems and tools, working closely with internal teams.
- Lead efforts to standardize and/or evaluate ad-hoc processes around organizational cadence
- Prepare weekly senior leader forecast materials and provide ongoing updates on key business growth/metrics to leadership teams
Required Skills and Experience:
- 4+ years of sales, strategy and operations experience in a high-tech growth environment, or operational experience in investment banking or management consulting or private equity or venture capital, or business insights / analytics roles.
- Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to solving unique business problems. Experience working with data to identify trends and create insights to make recommendations to senior leaders.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with a track record of presenting to senior leaders.
- Experience onboarding and using the tools required to perform Revenue Ops, including but not limited to:
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Deep knowledge of CRM software (preferably Salesforce); a Salesforce certification is helpful but not required.
- Business Intelligence (BI): Demonstrated competency with Sales Intelligence / Business Intelligence software (preferably PowerBI)
- MS Excel: Expert in using Excel
