About the role:
Reporting to our Head of Products, you will be an integral part of the product team that turns the CHOOOSE vision of a climate-neutral world into a reality through our innovative products. As a Product Manager of carbon science and enterprise solutions at CHOOOSE, you will take ownership of our carbon methodologies, calculations, and reports to create products that serve this rapidly changing industry. You will also play a key role in constructing enterprise carbon solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Analyse business requirements to ensure that CHOOOSE achieves its strategic objectives.
- Work on and take ownership of our industry-leading carbon calculation products.
- Maintain a consistently up-to-date overview of relevant carbon calculation methodologies.
- Outline and verify essential carbon reporting requirements for our enterprise solutions.
- Help inform and maintain a product roadmap with a particular focus on carbon-related features
- Work closely with our other departments, including tech, customer success, and sales/marketing, on the development, release, and follow-up of products to create a state-of-the-art, cutting-edge product suite, pushing the boundaries of the industry.
- Support our cross-functional teams with technical specifications, user research, wireframing, and prototyping.
Required Skills and Experience:

- A degree or diploma in product management, technology strategy, computer science, maths, sciences, climate, sustainability, or similar is acceptable—alternatively, a suitable combination of studies and work experience.
- Experience with or industry knowledge of carbon sustainability methodologies is essential.
- Understanding carbon calculations and methodologies or similar experience in adjacent industries is essential.
- Industry knowledge from the travel/hospitality/logistics industries is a plus.
- Experience with enterprise software development is a big plus.
- Experience with product management is required.
- Mapping out user flows and wireframes on behalf of partners is expected.
- Research and analytical skills coupled with creative problem-solving based on findings are required.
- You have excellent interpersonal and proactive communication skills - an independent thinker with a self-starter attitude who is not afraid to share their opinions.
- Experience with agile principles and tools for product management, prototyping and design, business analysis and project management (Jira, Azure, Figma, power BI, Trello and Notion).
