The role:
As a Business Analyst in our Products Team, you’ll be part of the team that turns the CHOOOSE vision of a climate neutral world into a reality through our innovative products. Reporting to our Head of Products, you will be working on our suite of software we offer as a service to clients around the world.
Through analysing, evaluating, and refining processes, we are looking for someone who can help us stay up-to-date with the latest trends in the climate-tech sector and develop the best solutions for our Product Team.
In this role, you will primarily act as the link between the Product Managers and the end-users of our products. Your primary tasks will include performing derailed requirements analyses across our suite of products, documenting internal processes, performing user acceptance testing, and working closely with our Products Team on building CHOOOSE products that our partners love. You should familiarise yourself with our products on our website.
You will:
- Analyse CHOOOSE’s business requirements and help to improve our products to ensure the strategic objectives are achieved, especially related to product usability and improving our user-centred design methodologies.
- Perform research tasks to deeply understand CHOOOSE products, processes, practices, and internal systems, use data modelling techniques to identify room for improvement, and make suggestions in the product development cycle to ensure that our products are state-of-the-art and consistently enhanced and refined.
- Identify optimisation opportunities (e.g. automatisation of processes) and other areas of improvement, as well as developing and implementing solutions for these opportunities.
- Work closely with our other departments, including tech, customer success, and sales/marketing on development, release, and follow-up of products to create a cutting edge product suite, pushing the boundaries of the industry.

- Degree or diploma in business studies, business administration, management, economics, information technology, computing, or related field.
- Experience in business analysis or a related field.
- Experience working with products and digital solutions in the travel industry, and ideally in aviation
- Experience with or industry knowledge of carbon offsetting and climate/sustainability tech, in the travel/hospitality/airline and/or corporate social responsibility is a big plus.
- A deep interest in finding, designing, and deploying technical solutions to global challenges, and the ability to convey technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
- Excellent research and analytical skills, as well as creative problem solving skills based on the findings, and the ability to follow-through and guide others in implementing solutions.
- Excellent interpersonal and proactive communication skills, an independent thinker with a self-starter attitude, who is not afraid to share their opinions.
- Experience with agile principles (e.g. Kanban, Scrum), product management tools like Jira or Azure, and project management tools such as Trello or Notion.
