The role:

We’re seeking a new colleague to support our enterprise integration partnerships. As an Implementation Lead, you’ll be part of the team that works closest with our partners to turn our mutual vision of a climate neutral world into a reality. You will manage a client portfolio end-to-end, offering support throughout the duration of the partnership.

Your strong software/product knowledge will help our customers understand and take full advantage of our innovative products. Working closely with our Business Development, Integrations, and Product teams, you will use your strong communication skills and technical know-how to ensure partners can leverage the full potential of CHOOOSE solutions, driving value for partners and turning them into advocates.

You will

• Develop a deep understanding of the ins-and-outs of our product suite, specifically CHOOOSE Connect (you can familiarise yourself with our products on our website).

• Onboard and train new CHOOOSE partners (which include global airlines, online travel agencies (OTAs), and shipping companies);

• Provide partners and their tech teams necessary guidance throughout the entire duration of the partnership, starting with onboarding.

• Act as the main contact point on a variety of customer portfolios.

• Understand the objectives and pain points of partners and work with a variety of CHOOOSE teams to solve problems.

• Understand partner business requirements and translate them into technical requirements from the CHOOOSE Product team.

• Manage the overall implementation process and ensure appropriate handover from/to the partner engagement team.

• University degree, ideally in computer science, technology strategy, a hard science, or similar—unless you have a really good story!

• 2-3 years experience in a customer-facing role, ideally with large enterprises.

• Strong organisational, analytical, and project management skills.

• Strong interpersonal skills; ability to quickly build and maintain strong partnerships.

• Enjoy helping customers solve business and technical problems, and are comfortable with technical and highly configurable SaaS solutions.

• Critical thinking with proven complex problem-solving skills.

• Customer-first mentality, with the willingness to appropriately explain difficult issues, and patience to explain technical concepts to a non-technical audience and vice-versa.

• Experience with executive-level communication, stakeholder management, and managing complex partnerships.

• Previous experience in SaaS, APIs, management consulting is highly valuable.

• Superior verbal and written communication skills in English.
