Our core product is CHOOOSE Connect, an integrations platform that enables innovative enterprises to seamlessly integrate climate options, like carbon removal, into their customer experience. CHOOOSE Connect is actively used by some of the world’s largest travel, logistics, and banking platforms.

We’re seeking a new colleague to support our enterprise integration partnerships; we're looking for someone who is technical, experienced working with senior stakeholders in an international setting, and passionate about climate.

Job description

As an Implementation Lead, you will be responsible for onboarding and training new CHOOOSE partners - these include global airlines, OTAs (Online Travel Agencies), shipping companies, and more. Working closely with our Business Development, Integrations, and Product teams, you will use your strong communication skills and technical know-how to ensure partners can leverage the full potential of the CHOOOSE solution, driving value for partners and turning them into advocates.

The ideal candidate has experience with SaaS, project management, and customer engagement. She/he loves helping customers solve business and technical problems, and is comfortable with technical and highly configurable SaaS solutions. Attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a customer-centric orientation are required.   • Promote a “customer first” environment at all times.

  • Become a CHOOOSE platform domain expert.

  • Understand the objectives and pain points of new partners and translate those needs appropriately through the implementation and onboarding process.

  • Work closely with partners and their tech teams to fully integrate CHOOOSE into their systems.

  • Provide partners with the necessary guidance throughout the implementation and launch process.

  • Manage the overall implementation process and ensure appropriate handover from/to the partner engagement team.

  • Collect partner business requirements and translate them into technical requirements from the CHOOOSE Product team.

    Minimum qualifications

    • University degree, ideally in the hard sciences

    • 3+ years experience in a customer-facing role

    • Strong organizational, analytical, and project management skills

    • Critical thinking and proven complex problem-solving skills required

    • Customer-first mentality; ability to empathize and build customer loyalty

    • Experience with executive-level communication, stakeholder management, and managing complex partnerships

    • Previous experience in SaaS, management consulting, and/or project management are highly considered

    • Superior verbal and written communication skills in English

    The role is based in Oslo at (centrally-located) CHOOOSE HQ but open to remote working.
